The company
The Tarchini Group promotes an innovative concept in commercial and industrial real-estate with the construction and management of buildings and centres equipped for companies of any sector: Research and Development, production, commerce, management and logistics. Mr. Silvio Tarchini has surrounded himself with a staff of designers and operators, with whom he set up the Tarchini Group, the aim being to provide Swiss and foreign companies with working areas suitable for their activities, at interesting prices and with the scope of future development, according to the concept of "Made-to-Measure Space".

The Tarchini Group, in addition to the planning and administration of the buildings, engages itself with the internal finishing of the areas which must fully satisfy customers's needs.

The services
In Tarchini Group's industrial and commercial centres, companies may rent the area which best suits their needs in regards to dimensions and technical specifications. Companies are then supported with a "360° degree" advice, thus being freed from any kind of task, either technical or related to construction: Tarchini Group submits some proposals for internal arrangement and layout, including finishing and in the end, at customers' request, it carries out the work of internal partitioning and placing of installations, it finally guarantees every company, without exception, central services, such as bars, restaurants, conference rooms, etc. and the overall maintenance of the buildings.
